Within a day or two of placing your order, Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking details. KEEP THIS EMAIL…It is how you track your parcel.
Use this to track your delivery. It has much, much more up-to-date information that we have.
Can’t see your tracking email?
Try your junk folder, quarantine systems often send it there.
Yell out if you get stuck, but this Tracking email is the fastest, more accurate and best way to track your delivery.
