Refunds and Returns

This is what our lawyers told us to write here:-

  • In the unlikely instance that your goods arrive with a major fault or defect, we will comply with Australian Consumer Law to either repair or replace the item or provide a full refund.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to your rights as per Australian Consumer Law.

Got a problem with the kite that was delivered?

Call or email us and we’ll do our best to fix it for you on the spot.

We are a small family business so we don’t have fancy ‘returns forms’ or such to fill out, just give us a call or email us and we’ll get it sorted for you. We’re really good at working fast minor miracles! (major miracles take a bit longer.)

We want you to be happy. If you’ve ordered the wrong kite, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just email or give us a call and we’ll fix it. We will get you to send back the original (unopened, unused, unflown and in good, sellable condition) and we’ll arrange the swap for you that day.
